Lavender-flavored lemonade is a refreshing and perfumed summer drink, a fresh and delicious drink made with the lemonade base, but with honey instead of sugar and the addition of a few lavender sprigs. You will also get a purifying and relaxing drink thanks to the beneficial properties of lavender, ideal for fighting anxiety and stress. To make it, you will only need 4 ingredients; water, lemon juice, sprigs of lavender and honey. Once ready keep the lemonade in the refrigerator, so as to consume it fresh in the hottest hours and serve it to your guests as a fresh and irresistible drink. So now let’s see how to do it.

How to prepare lavender flavored lemonade

Carefully wash the lavender sprigs and set them aside. Put the water in a large pot (1) and add the honey and lavender. Bring to a boil and then let cool to room temperature. Meanwhile wash the lemons, squeeze them (2) and filter the juice with a sieve, so as to eliminate all the residues. Also filter the water with the lavender and add the lemon juice. Let cool in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until ready to serve. Your lavender-flavored lemonade is ready to be enjoyed fresh and thirst-quenching (3).

Preservation

You can preserve lavender-flavored lemonade in the refrigerator for 4-5 days in bottles or glass containers with airtight closure.
