This simple dish is extremely flavorful and very delicious! You will certainly enjoy this creamy, lemony, and buttery chicken dish that can be eaten all through the year for either lunch or dinner.

Get evenly thick chicken breasts and then season it with salt and pepper.

Dredge chicken into the flour on all sides. Heat oil and a tablespoon of butter in a non-stick pan. Add floured chicken to the pan and cook it for 4 to 5 minutes on both sides and until golden brown. Remove chicken to a plate and add garlic and broth into the same pan.

Add lemon juice and let it all simmer for a minute. Add remaining butter and sliced lemon to the pan. Add chicken and coat it well in the lemony sauce. Add parsley and serve!

TIPS

Evenly pound the chicken breasts to 1/3 inch thickness.
