These easy meat and egg cups are a low carb grab-and-go breakfast you and your family will love. The cups come together in no time and are packed with your favorite ingredients for a flavorful morning meal that you can enjoy at home or easily bring to work!

INGREDIENTS

• 450 g ground pork

• 1 tbsp fresh sage minced

• 1 tsp fresh thyme minced

• 2 tbsp maple syrup

• 2 ½ tsp kosher salt

• ½ tsp ground black pepper

• 1 tsp ground fennel seed

• 1 tsp paprika

• 1 tsp garlic powder

• 6 medium eggs

• Tomato

• Salt

• Muffin tray

METHOD

Place the minced meat in a bowl, add sage, thyme, maple syrup, kosher salt, black pepper, fennel
seed, paprika, garlic powder and mix.

Place the mixture in the holes of each muffin and crush to get a basket.

Place an egg in each hole, a slice of tomato on top of each egg and salt.

Bake for 30 minutes at 180ºC (350ºF).
