Omelet in a bag: a brilliant hack to try next time you make an omelet!

To prepare this tasty omelet you'll just need a bag.

It is an easy and innovative cooking method. You can make a delicious omelet in very little time and without dirtying any pans or bowls.

Ingredients: Steam-cooking bag, 5 eggs, 2 bell peppers, 40g Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, parsley, 100g pancetta, 80g cheddar cheese, 100g stringy cheese.

Directions:

1)Put 5 eggs in a steam-cooking bag.

2) Close the bag and shake to beat the eggs.

3) Then, add salt, pepper, parsley, cheese and any other ingredients you like.

4) Shake for a couple of minutes longer.

5) Immerse the bag in a pan of hot water and let it cook for about 20 minutes.

Serve hot and enjoy!

The zucchini roll is a simple, but tasty meal. The omelette in the oven will be much lighter, and you may decide to stuff the roll the way you like. In the summer it is also perfect in its cold version with cheese and ham!

INGREDIENTS
4 eggs
2 zucchini
50g of parmesan
salt
pepper
200g of cooked ham
smoked cheese

PREPARATION

Whisk together the eggs, the salt, the pepper and the Parmesan. Add grated zucchini and combine the mixture well. Pour the mixture into a baking pan and bake for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees. Remove from the oven and stuff with cooked ham and smoked cheese. Roll up gently and bake for another 10 minutes until the cheese melts. Serve hot!
