To make a nutritious yogurt breakfast, add vanilla extract, cinnamon, and a heaped tablespoon of coconut flour to plain yogurt. Coconut flour is high in fat and also gives the yogurt extra flavor. If you prefer smoothies, you can make a smoothie with coconut milk, and low sugar fruits. If you miss the crunchy texture of toast, why not make cauliflower toast.

For a low carb snack to satisfy your sweet tooth, why not make Nut Butter Energy Balls?
