INGREDIENTS

• 30g yeast

• 350g sugar

• 4 eggs

• 200g butter

• 350ml milk

• 1kg flour

• zest of 1 lemon

• 100g raisins

METHOD

Mix the yeast, sugar, eggs. Add the butter.

Add warm milk. Add part of the flour and knead it all.

Leave for 30 minutes.

Add the lemon zest and the remaining flour.

Add the flour to the raisins.

Bread raisins with flour and add to the dough. Knead the dough. Let rise.

Grease the molds with butter and put the dough in 1/3 of the mold.

Let rise. Bake at 180C for 20 minutes.
