How to make Pea and Ham Muffins

Pour the flour and baking powder into a bowl, add the salt, pepper and grated cheese. Stir with a fork.

In another bowl, add the eggs and pour in the milk and oil.

Beat with a hand whisk until homogeneous.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ones.

Stir just long enough to mix the mixture.

Heat a little oil in a pan, add the peas and sauté them for a few minutes. Also add the ham and let it cool.
