Peanut butter cookie dough cake: an incredible flavor mix in one dessert

Few steps to prepare a unique and tasty dessert.

Ingredients: For the Cake: 1 box Chocolate Cake mix. For the Cookie Dough: 1 cup all-purpose flour; 1/2 cup butter, softened; 1 cup peanut butter; 1/2 cup brown sugar; 1/2 cup powdered sugar; 1 tsp vanilla; 1 tsp salt; 3 tbsp milk; 1/2 cup chocolate chips. For the ganache: 1 1/2 cup chocolate chips; 3/4 cup heavy cream; 1/3 cup peanut butter, melted; 1 cup chopped caramel candies.

Directions:

1)Prepare cake batter according to package instructions.

2)Divide into two parts.

3)Bake at 350°F/180°C for 25 min. Let cakes cool completely.

4)Microwave flour until the flour has reached about 160° in temperature, 2 to 3 minutes.

5)Combine butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, powdered sugar and beat until combine.

6)Add in flour, vanilla, salt, and milk until fluffy. Add chocolate chips and stir.

7)Pour the hot heavy cream over chocolate chips, and mix until smooth.

8)Spread cookie dough onto one of the cooled cakes.

9)Place the second cake on top.

10)Cover with ganache, drizzle with peanut butter, then top with chopped caramel candies.
