Phyllo cheese pies: a fresh filling in a crispy bowls

It really is easy to make a fancy treat that'll look like you spent hours making!

To prepare  a quick and tasty lunch (or dinner) this is a good idea! A crispy bowls with a very delicious filling.

Ingredients: 6 PHYLLO SHEETS, 200g RICOTTA CHEESE, 100g GRATED MOZZARELLA, 200g CHOPPED FRESH SPINACH, SALT TO TASTE, 1 EGG, 1 cup OLIVE OIL

Directions:

1.Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2.Combine ricotta, mozzarella, spinach, salt and egg in homogeneous mixture.

3.Take on phyllo sheet and coat it with olive oil, then bend it in half and coat it again.

4.Use a wooden stick to make a basket, as in the video.

5.Fill the baskets with cheese mixture and coat them with olive oil.

6.Bake for about 20 minutes or until pies are golden.

Serve immediately and enjoy!
