Sweet paprika
1 pinch
salt
1 pinch
Extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons

Potato spaghetti with paprika are a very fanciful dish that can be presented on any occasion, especially when you want to make a good impression on your guests. To prepare them you must use a spiralizer, an electric one or one by hand. What is it? It is a kitchen tool used to cut, in a spiral, vegetables or other ingredients. In addition to potato spaghetti, also zucchini and carrot spaghetti are very famous. You can make these delicacies with vegetables with a long or not too round shape (for example, with tomatoes it would be too difficult). Serve your potato spaghetti with paprika in small aperitif bowls or directly on small serving boats!

Instructions

After peeling and washing the potatoes (1) take the spiralizer and rotate the ingredient until you have obtained thin and medium-length spaghetti (2). Proceed like this for all the potatoes (3).

Once they are ready, collect potato spaghetti in a baking sheet covered with paper (4). Add the salt and separate with your hands, just like you do for tagliatelle. Then add the sweet paprika (5) and the two tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil. Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees in ventilated mode (6).

Tips

Having an electric spiralizer is certainly better because it is an excellent facilitation and the work is considerably reduced. The ones who do not have this tool can use the carrots or potatoes. Just do this: divide the potatoes in half length and pass the tool until the end, making small curls. This is also a method that requires patience, but it is the best thing if you do not have anything similar to the spiralizer.
