This recipe of quick broccoli casserole is certainly the easiest vegetable preparation you will lay your hands on. Almost all the ingredients required to prepare this recipe are easily available. This recipe is extremely quick, flavorful, and filling. Just serve it with some more veggies or soup, or salad of your choice to savor it best!
Boil broccoli in salted water using a teaspoon of the salt until almost done. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees C.
Drain broccoli and transfer it in a baking dish. Sprinkle the almonds evenly over broccoli. Add the cheese, garlic, and hot soup in a separate bowl and mix it well until the cheese almost melts. Pour this mixture over the broccoli and then transfer it in the oven.
Bake the vegetable for about 20 to 25 minutes or until the cheese starts to brown at certain places. Serve hot and enjoy!
Do not boil the broccoli too much to turn it into a mashed paste.
