How to prepare the salmon and almond gratin

Collect the bread and almonds in a kitchen mixer (1) then blend everything until chopped.

Transfer the mixture into a bowl, add the egg white (2) and mix well.

Add thinly sliced onion ​​(3), and mix carefully until you will get a slightly sticky dough.

Clean the salmon fillet by removing any residual bones (4). Rinse it and pat it dry with absorbent kitchen paper.
