Strawberry tiramisu with chocolate is a fresh and tasty dessert, prepared with ladyfingers soaked in blended strawberries and orange juice. A really delicious dessert, suitable for all occasions; it can be served after dinner or for a party or a birthday. In our recipe we used chopped dark chocolate, added to the tiramisu stuffing together with strawberries and cream made with egg yolks, sugar and mascarpone.

To make the mascarpone cream richer you can add 150 ml of whipped cream.

Pull the mascarpone out of the refrigerator at least half an hour before using it, so as to make it soften. Then use the eggs at room temperature.

Before using the strawberries, dry them well, to prevent them from soaking the cake excessively.

If you want to make a strawberry tiramisu with chocolate without eggs, put the mascarpone in a bowl softened with sugar, work it well and then add the whipped cream incorporating it from the bottom up. Use the cream for the filling.

You can also use only strawberry juice, or replace the orange juice with lemon juice or milk. For the decoration you can also add a few mint leaves.

You can also make single portions by assembling the tiramisu with strawberries and chocolate in small glasses or cups: the best if you want to serve them after dinner.
