A recipe very easy and delicious to serve for a lunch or a dinner. This preparations bread is perfect to allow everyone to have the right portion! Try to make this strong and tasty bread.

Ingredients: 1 loaf of multigrain bread; 200gr cheese; 150gr pesto.

Directions: 

1) Cut the bread in little squares;

2) Cut the cheese into slices;

3) Fill the bread with pesto and cheese;

4) Bake at 400°F (200°) for 10 minutes.

Ingredients: bread rolls; ¼ cup olive oil; 4 tbsp green onion, sliced; ½ cup mozzarella cheese; 500 g (1 pound) minced beef; ½ tbs dried oregano; salt and pepper to taste; 1 cup cheese; 2/3 cup tomato sauce; fresh greens for serving.

Directions:

Cut out insides from each roll. Remove the crust and save the crumbs.
Mix sliced onion with olive oil and brush the mixture all over emptied bread rolls.
Combine leftover breadcrumbs with minced meat, mozzarella cheese, dried oregano, salt and pepper.
Make 9 meatballs and fry each until crispy and golden on the outside.
Put meatball into emptied bread rolls, top with tomato sauce and more cheese.
Bake at 180C/350F for 20 minutes. Serve sprinkled with fresh greens.
