A fresh, beautiful and tasty dessert to prepare to surprise your guests.

INGREDIENTS: 1 multifruit juice; 500g Mascarpone; 1 pcg vanilla sugar; 75g powdered sugar; 1l fresh cream; 1 pineapple; 1 mango; 1 banana; Lady finger biscuits.


Cut one side of the carton box.

Add mascarpone, vanilla, fresh cream and powdered sugar in a bowl.

Beat using hand mixer.

Put a layer of whipped cream in the bottom of the juice box.

Add 1 layer of pineapple, put another layer of whipped cream, place mango, add a new layer of whipped cream, spread out banana slices and apply the last layer of whipped cream.

Dip the savoyards in fruit juice and add them on the top of whipped cream.

Freeze for 1 hour.

Decorate with bananas, mango and mint leaves.

Serve and enjoy!
