Zucchini slice Lorraine is a delicious variation of the classic quiche Lorraine. It's packed with tasty ingredients like fresh zucchini, eggs, and bacon baked to golden brown perfection, and is fast and easy to make. This tasty dish is ideal to serve hot or cold and is amazing when feeding a crowd – it's always a hit at picnics and potlucks.

If you grow zucchini in your home garden, making zucchini Lorraine is a great way to use fresh veggies. Serve your zucchini slice Lorraine with a side salad, grilled vegetables, or a light soup for a nutritious, mouthwatering meal you'll want to make over and over again.

Make your zucchini slice Lorraine vegetarian-friendly by leaving out the bacon.

Instead of bacon, use ham, sausage, prosciutto, or other cured meats in your zucchini slice Lorraine.

If desired, garnish your zucchini Lorraine with some fresh chopped herbs. Parsley, dill, and rosemary are tasty options. Dried herbes de Provence or Italian seasoning would be delicious as well.
