1) Pizza sandwich

Ingredients: 4 slices sandwich bread; 2 tbsp tomato sauce; 2 slices tomato; 6 olives, slices; 2 onion slices; ¼ tsp dried Italian herbs; ¼ tsp chili flakes;2 slices jalapeno, chopped; ½ cup mozzarella, shredded.

Directions: 

Spread tomato sauce over bread slices.

Top two of the base bread slices with tomatoes, onion, olives, jalapeno and cheese.

Cover with other two bread slices on top and press slightly.

Grill sandwiches until cheese has melted.

2) Garlic sandwiches

Ingredients: 3 slices sandwich bread; 2 tbsp butter, softened (+ more for brushing); ¾ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded; 5 garlic cloves, minced; ¼ tsp chili flakes; ¼ tsp dried Italian herbs; 2 tbsp parsley, chopped.

Directions:

Mix softened butter with cheese, parsley, minced garlic, chili flakes and dried herbs.

Brush bread with melted butter, flip it buttered side down and spread cheese mixture on top.

Transfer on preheated grill (medium-low heat), cover and cook for 3-4 minutes or until cheese has melted.

Cut into strips before serving.
