5 Delicious Milkshakes You Have to Try This Summer!

Milkshakes are delicious no matter what time of the year. But in summer, the hot weather gives us the perfect excuse to cool off with an indulgent milkshake. Making the perfect milkshake is not difficult at all, with a few simple ingredients (ice cream and milk), you can add whatever flavoring you like and enjoy!

If you want to have milkshake anytime you want, make sure to always have the following ingredients on hand: a tub of ice cream and full-fat milk (there’s really no need to skimp on the fat here, milkshake is no diet food!). More ice cream (versus milk) will give you a thicker milkshake, so if you like yours thinner and more drinkable, then add a little more milk. If you don’t have a food processor, you can use an electric whisk and a large bowl to combine the ingredients until smooth. The following recipes each make two large milkshakes.

Blend 2 cups chocolate ice-cream, the chocolate sauce (keep some aside to drizzle on top), and 1 cup full-fat milk in a food processor until smooth. Pour in large milkshake glasses and top with whipped cream and a drizzle of the leftover chocolate sauce.
