5. It is well tolerated even by those suffering from food allergies.
So the secret to staying fit is not to eliminate fats, but simply to eat less food.
According to Dr. Teicholz, it is the industrial products that have to be completely eliminated from our diet, especially those defined as light or fat-free, which are food too artificial and stuffed with artificial sweeteners.
