For an authentic ‘taco’ flavor, make this seasoning for your popcorn. Mix together ½ Tbsp chili powder, 1 tsp salt, ½ tsp cumin, ½ tsp dried oregano, and a pinch of cayenne pepper. After you popped your popcorn, top with melted butter or olive oil, lime zest, your seasoning mix, and 2 Tbsp nutritional yeast.

Mix ¼ cup Parmesan cheese (or nutritional yeast for a vegan option), ½ tsp salt, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp garlic powder (if you use garlic salt, omit the plain salt), 1 tsp dried parsley, 1 tsp dried dill, and black pepper (to taste).

To make a delicious cheesy vegan popcorn seasoning, mix 1 Tbsp nutritional yeast, ½ tsp garlic powder (if you use garlic salt, omit the plain salt), ½ tsp onion powder, ¼ tsp salt, and a pinch of cayenne paper (optional).
