How to Make Apple Cobbler

Preheat your oven to 375F. Spray a baking dish with cooking spray.

Combine sliced apples, brown sugar, and white sugar in a large bowl.

Add the vanilla extract.

Add in the flour, lemon juice, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, nutmeg, and cardamom.

Toss well to combine.

Transfer the apple filling to the casserole dish.

In a second bowl, sift the flour, baking powder, and sugar. Stir to combine.

Add in the vanilla extract.

Pour in the milk.

Mix in the melted butter.

Pour the topping over the apple filling.

Spread it evenly.

Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown, then remove the dish from the oven and leave to cool slightly before serving.
