This cleansing diet is actually super simple and will help you get back to a disciplined pattern of eating. Try to not tempt in to unhealthy ways of eating while following this health plan. To start, you have to follow few simple steps for three days and then experience a difference in the way you feel about yourself.

Step 1. It is important to stop eating any unhealthy form of carbohydrates such as refined grains, processed foods, and starchy products. Instead, include lean and fresh proteins, and raw or steamed vegetables in your meals. You may also include a small serving of whole grains or skimmed dairy product in some of the meals.
