Breakfast pizza is an easy and tasty recipe to enjoy pizza at breakfast too. Loved by adults and children alike, breakfast pizza is a simple and quick recipe you can make in no time, even on busy mornings. You only need a few pantry ingredients to make this flavorful recipe for your family or for the kids to take to school. Soft and golden pizza crust, crispy bacon, melty cheese and fluffy scrambled eggs — what a perfect combination!

It's packed with protein, so it gives you the right energy to start your day. Unroll the pizza crust, pre-bake it and then finish cooking once you add the toppings, your breakfast pizza will be ready in less than 15 minutes. Customize this recipe as you want with the ingredients you have on hand and try other great topping options like pepperoni, sausage, onions, gravy or a creamy sauce.

How to make Breakfast Pizza

Preheat oven to 425°F.

Unroll the pizza crust into a sheet pan. Prick the crust with a fork and crimp the edges.

Brush the crust with oil. Pre-bake for 7 minutes or until lightly browned.

In the meanwhile, whisk the eggs, milk, salt and pepper in a bowl. Pour the mixture into a skillet with oil over medium heat and cook until soft and scrambled.

Top the pizza crust with the egg mixture, cooked bacon and cheese.

Bake for 6-7 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Serve and enjoy!

Notes

It is better to cook the bacon first because the breakfast pizza will only be in the oven for a few minutes and the bacon would not have enough time to finish cooking and be crispy.

For a vegetarian breakfast pizza, use your favorite vegetables like tomatoes, green peppers, scrambled eggs and salsa. Roast them if you're looking for a healthier version.

You can also prepare breakfast pizza from scratch by making the pizza dough the day before.
