Arrange the triangles like a clock leaving a circle in the centre.
Ingredients: 1 Tbsp Olive Oil, 500g Ground Beef, A Pinch of Salt and Pepper, 100g Diced Onion, 1 Tbsp Mustard, 1 Tbsp Ketchup, 500g Puff Pastry, 6 Slices of Cheese cut in half, 12 Gherkins, 1 Beaten Egg, Sesame Seeds.
Heat a pan over a high heat and add the olive oil followed by the ground beef and cook for 3 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper and cook for another 2 minutes.
Add in the diced onion and cook on for another 3 minutes.
Stir in the mustard and ketchup and set aside to cool.
Cover with the remaining sauce and sprinkle over the parmesan cheese.
Take 500g of puff pastry and roll out to 3-5mm and cut out 12 triangles that measure 8cm by 20cm.
Arrange these triangles like a clock leaving a circle in the centre.
Add the cooled beef mix in a circle, this should take around 1 Tbsp per triangle.
Cover the beef with a slice of cheese and add the gherkins.
Fold over each pastry tip and then brush with beaten egg.
Sprinkle with Sesame seeds.
Bake at 180°C or 350F for 15 minutes.
