Churros bites: the little version of this incredible and delicious Spanish dessert

Do you love churros? Make these and serve them with melted chocolate!

Ingredients: For the churros:1/2 cup sugar, 1 1/2 tbsp sugar, 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon, 1 cup water, 1/2 tsp salt, 2 tbsp vegetable oil, 1 cup all-purpose flour, 2 eggs.

Directions:

1)Combine 1/2 cup sugar with the cinnamon in a bowl.

2)In a medium saucepan, whisk together the water, sugar, salt and vegetable oil.

3)Bring the mixture to a boil and remove from the heat.

4)Stir in the flour and eggs.

5)Pipe the dough over the pot of oil, fry churros them until golden brown and cooked through.

6)Roll them in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.

Try the Red velvet version of churros.

Ingredients:1 cup water; ½ butter, cubed; red gel food coloring;1/2 tsp salt;1 tbsp cocoa powder;2 cups flour; 3 eggs; cinnamon sugar for sprinkling; vegetable oil for frying.

Directions:
Mix water, butter and food coloring in a pot placed over medium heat.
Wait until butter is fully melted and the water is boiling. Add salt, flour, сocoa powder and stir well until lump-free.
Add 3 eggs (one at a time) while stirring constantly.
Fill a pastry bag (with a star shaped nozzle) with a churro batter.
Heat the oil up to 180C (350F). Squeeze churros out of pastry bag right into the oil. Fry for 2-3 minutes then transfer onto a paper towels.
Cover red velvet churros with cinnamon sugar while still hot.
