Classic italian stromboli: zesty, cheesy and perfect for pizza night!

A fluffy dough with a super tasty filling, you must try it!

INGREDIENTS

Pizza dough

• 2 1/4 tsp dry yeast

• 1 cup warm water

• 1 tbsp sugar

• 2 1/2 cups flour

• 1/4 tsp salt

• 2 tbsp olive oil

Filling

• 20 salami slices

• 1/4 cup tomato sauce

• 9 oz Mozzarella, sliced

• 2 tbsp parsley

1 egg for eggwash

2 tbsp parmesan cheese

METHOD

Mix all dough ingredients until combined, roll the dough and add salami, tomato sauce, mozzarella slices and parsley, Wrap.

Let rise for 1 hour, brush with egg, make some cuts.

Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 400F/200C for 25-30 minutes until lightly browned.

Serve and enjoy!
