Classic italian stromboli: zesty, cheesy and perfect for pizza night!

INGREDIENTS: Pizza dough; 2 1/4 tsp dry yeast; 1 cup warm water; 1 tbsp sugar; 2 1/2 cups flour; 1/4 tsp salt; 2 tbsp olive oil. Filling: 20 salami slices; 1/4 cup tomato sauce; 9 oz Mozzarella, sliced; 2 tbsp parsley; 1 egg for egg wash; 2 tbsp parmesan cheese.

METHOD:
Mix all dough ingredients until combined, roll the dough and add salami, tomato sauce, mozzarella slices and parsley, Wrap.

Let rise for 1 hour, brush with egg, make some cuts.

Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 400F/200C for 25-30 minutes until lightly browned.

Serve and enjoy!
