Recipe of the most perfect chocolate cake:

Grease a 2x20cm springform pan and preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.

Cream 250g butter (at room temperature) with 250g light muscovado sugar, and ½ teaspoon salt in a bowl until the mixture is light and fluffy.

In a separate bowl, sift 100g cocoa powder, 250g plain flour, 2 teaspoons baking powder, and keep it aside.

Beat 3 large eggs into the butter mixture, one at a time, until it is well combined.

Fold in the dry ingredients and then add 50g melted dark chocolate (at room temperature) to the egg mixture.

Add 250ml milk to the cake batter so that a soft dropping consistency is achieved.

Fold in 50g chocolate chips and then divide the batter into the prepared cake tins.

Bake the cake for 25 to 30 minute or until done at the center.

Allow to cool completely and enjoy!
