My favorite recipes are easy, fast but with great flavor and beautiful presentation, this appetizer meets all those characteristics. Its flavor is fresh, so if you are looking for something light and different to enjoy and share with friends before a main course, these toasts are ideal. They are perfect to accompany them with a good wine and a good chat. The union of the soft and fresh flavor of the cucumber with the creaminess of the cheese and the aroma of the dill, together with the crunchiness of the toast, make this recipe a great and pleasant culinary surprise. There is no more to think about, we make these delicious toasts and surprise our palates.


Mix the cream cheese with a blender and add the mayonnaise. If you like the salty taste you can add a pinch of salt and pepper and a touch of olive oil. Refrigerate this mixture for at least one hour, leave it to have a firmer consistency at the time of serving. Cut bread into slices with a special bread knife; this will avoid compressing it and losing the rounded shape and releasing many crumbs.

Peel half of the cucumber, the idea is to cut slices of cucumber longitudinally but one edge will have a shell and the other will not, so you can shape more easily On each breadcrumb add two generous tablespoons of cream and place the cucumber slice on top; we gave it a spiral shape but you can use any shape you want; this plate has a very nice presentation and will allow you to exploit your creativity. If you have radishes, cut them into very thin slices and place one on each slice of bread. Garnish with a sprig of dill. Serve immediately.
