A breakfast favorite with a twist that'll make it even tastier!

INGREDIENTS

For crepe

• 1 egg

• 1/4 tsp. salt

• 1 cup milk

• 3/4 cup flour

• 1/4 tsp baking powder

Filling

• 2 eggs

• 1/4 tsp salt

• 1/4 cup chopped onion

• 1/2 cup sliced tomato

• 1 tbsp coriander leaves

• 1 green chilli pepper

• 1/4 tsp chaat masala

Melted butter

Mozzarella cheese

METHOD

1. In a bowl, beat an egg, add salt, milk and mix, add flour and baking powder, mix well to avoid lumps.

2. For the filling, beat the eggs, add the remaining ingredients and mix.

3. Grease the pan with butter, pour out the pancake dough, turn it over, add the filling and lots of cheese.
