INGREDIENTS

• Slices bread

• Butter

• Egg

• Ham

• Tomato

• Grated cheese

• Black pepper

METHOD

Place 4 slices of bread on a tray.

Spread over some butter.

Place slices of ham on each bread and cheese.

Add slices of tomato. Cut a small square into another slice of bread and place it on top.

Pour an egg into the bread hole. Sprinkle over black pepper.

Bake for 10 minutes at 180ºC (356ºF)
