Bored of eating omelette for breakfast? You must try this!

INGREDIENTS

• Muffin tray

• 2 cups spinach

• Pepper

• Salt

• 3 egg whites

• 1 Roma tomato

• Cheese

METHOD

1. Spray oil in the muffin tray.

2. Fill with spinach, diced tomato and egg white.

3. Add salt, pepper and cheese squares.

4. Bake for 15 minutes at 180º C (350ºF)

INGREDIENTS:

METHOD:

1.Flatten a slice of bread.

2.With a circle cutter cut a circle.

3.Spread butter in a muffin tray and put the circle in the hole in the tray.

4.Pour an egg and bake for 15m 180°C.

Cheese egg

INGREDIENTS:

Grated potatoes

Grated cheese

Egg

Hot sauce

METHOD:

1.Grate potato and add grated cheese.

2.Spray oil in the tray. Place the potato and cheese mixture in and crush. 3.Bake for 10m at 180ºC. Take it out of the oven and pour a little hot sauce in, then add an egg. Bake for 15 min at 180ºC.
