This Czech Cinnamon Pastry-Trdelnik is sold by street vendors all over Prague, A yeast dough, wrapped around a cylinder, rolled in cinnamon sugar and then baked over an open flame!

INGREDIENTS

1 pkg cinnamon buns

For cream:

200g cream

1/4 cup brewed coffee

1 tsp hazelnut cream

Cinnamon

Sugar

Chocolate topping

METHOD

Unroll the cinnamon buns and roll it around the glass. Make 4 pieces. Freeze until firm.

Remove the dough from the glass, fry it in the hot oil.

Roll in cinnamon sugar, let cool completely

Make a cream, whip all the ingredients and using pastry bag fill the trdlo.

Pour chocolate topping

Serve and enjoy!
