How to make Ham Egg and Cheese Roll-ups

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs with salt and garlic powder.

Melt the butter in a large non-stick an over medium heat.

Cook the eggs, scraping the sides and bottom of the pan with a spatula until the eggs scramble.

Add the grated cheddar.

Add the salt, chopped tomato, and spinach. Stir until cooked through.

Scoop the egg mixture out in a large bowl, and place the ham slices on a wooden board.

Place a spoonful of the mixture on the ham slice, and roll.

Pack the filled ham rolls tightly into a baking tray.

Bake for 5 minutes at 180ºC (360ºF).

You can increase this recipe, simple double the filling and the ham slices, and use a large baking sheet. It needs to be big enough so that the ham rolls lay in one single layer.
