To make a delicious dinner you just need to prepare this meal.

Ingredients: 2 c. low-sodium chicken broth, 2 c. water, Kosher salt, 1 c. corn grits, 4 tbsp. butter, divided, 1 c. shredded cheddar, Freshly ground black pepper, 6 slices bacon, 1 lb. large shrimp, peeled and deveined, 1 tsp. dried oregano, 1/4 tsp. paprika, 4 green onions, thinly sliced, plus more for garnish, 2 cloves garlic, minced, Juice of 1/2 lemon.

Directions:

1) In a saucepan, bring to boil the chicken broth and water; season generously with salt. Whisk the mixture and reduce heat. Simmer until grits have absorbed liquid about 10 minutes. Add and mix butter and cheese, then sprinkle salt and pepper.

2) In a pan over medium heat, cook and crispy the bacon, about 8 minutes. Leave about 2 tablespoons bacon fat in skillet and drain bacon on a paper towel. Then chop the bacon in small pieces.

3) Put the shrimps into the oregano and paprika then add them, green onions, and garlic to skillet. Cook and mix until shrimp is pink and cooked through, about 4 minutes. Add the lemon juice.

4) Serve this amazing meal with chopped bacon.
