Christmas holidays are getting closer and closer. Do not get caught unprepared and prepare this delicious Christmas drink.

Ingredients: 2 Granny Smith apples, chopped; 1 c. whole fresh cranberries; 1 c. green grapes, halved; 1 c. pomegranate seeds; 1 c. sparkling grape juice; 1 bottle champagne, prosecco, or cava.

Directions:

In a large pitcher or punch bowl, add apples, cranberries, grapes, and pomegranate seeds. Pour over sparkling grape juice and champagne just before serving.

Directions:
1. Spread the ricotta cheese over one sheet of puff pastry, then add the spinach.
2. Cover with the second sheet of puff pastry. Slice the sides into strips and twist them.
3. Brush the top with some egg wash and bake at 190°C for about 20 minutes.
4. Decorate the tree with pieces of cherry tomatoes.
