Kate Middleton Spends Quarantine Getting “Very Hands-on” With Her Children

Middleton and her husband, Prince William, are locked down in their country home. The Duchess, however, makes news with recent reports sharing that, like most other parents out there, she has chosen to spend her free time bonding with her children. The activities include baking and decorating cakes as well as gardening. How sweet!

COVID-19 is a disease that has no respect for boundaries, race, or status. The one way to conquer the now-widespread virus is prevention by staying at home for as long as possible and practicing good hand hygiene.

As advised during this testing time, the Duchess of Cambridge is staying at home with her kids, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis.

She is making the most of the free time by enjoying leisurely activities with them like cooking, gardening as well as helping them grow their hidden talents.

A source close to the family shared tidbits of information with Us Weekly:

“Kate bakes and decorates cakes with the kids [on] the weekend to keep them entertained. The kitchen is always a complete mess by the end of it, but it’s all part of the fun—that’s how Kate sees it. They also enjoy gardening together and planting seeds.”

Another source disclosed that it is not only fun and play as Middleton takes her role homeschooling the children very seriously.

Prince William is not exempted from all this productive goodness with reports sharing that he teaches the kids lessons and organizes game time.

This may not have gone on smoothly since the children are all about the same age range. However, the children absolutely adore each other and try to help, which makes the environment a serene one.

Prince George, who is six years old and the oldest of the trio, is particularly eager when it comes to helping his younger sister, Princess Charlotte learn her gymnastic routines – even Prince Louis, 1, tries to join them!
