A simple and easy idea to prepare a tasty lunch or dinner.
Ingredients: 2 large baking potatoes; 2 large chicken breasts, cut into strips; 2 tbsp butter, melted; 200g dried breadcrumbs; 50g parmesan, finely grated; 2 tsp oregano.
Put the potato on a skewer and cut it in a spiral way.
Wrap the chicken strips in the gaps between the potato spiral.
In a small bowl mix the together the breadcrumbs, parmesan and oregano.
Brush the potato with melted butter and dip in the breadcrumb mixture. Bake for 1 hour at 180°C/350°F.

Ingredients: 6 potatoes 2 tbsp olive oil salt and pepper to taste 4 eggs 150 g ham 1 small red onion 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped) 100 g shredded mozzarella cheese
Put whole potatoes on baking tray. Sprinkle them with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Bake for 45 minutes on 170°C
Cut the top of each potato and empty them with the spoon.
Mix the potatoes that you spooned out with eggs, ham, onion and parsley.
Fill the potato baskets with this mixture and sprinkle with cheese.
Put it back in the oven for 10 minutes, or until cheese melts.
