Take a bowl and add the shredded cheddar cheese to it. Top the cheese with softened cream cheese and whisk the ingredients using a fork or a whisk for 5 minutes or until the mixture is well blended and smooth in consistency. Blend in the mayonnaise, finely chopped spring onion, tomato ketchup, and chili sauce until the mixture is well combined. Stir in the pimento and mix well.
