We all desire long and lustrous hair, but very few have the patience to do all that it takes to get them. Every time you buy a commercially available hair growing product the urge to make it work gets stronger and stronger. However, you can use naturally available products such as onion juice to stimulate hair growth and add volume to hair. Here are the benefits of using onion juice for hair growth.
It boosts the level of antioxidant enzyme catalase that helps to decompose hydrogen peroxide and optimize hair growth. It nourishes hair follicles as it is rich in sulfur, which is beneficial for the regeneration of hair follicles, minimize thinning of the hair, and prevents hair breakage. The antioxidants present in onion juice helps to reverse and delay hair greying. Onion juice is rich in antibacterial properties that prevent infection of the scalp and promotes hair growth. Onion juice is also beneficial to control dandruff. This vegetable juice also stimulates and improves the blood circulation on the scalp, which nourishes the hair follicle.
