How to make Veal with Walnut Sauce

Cut the tendon parts of the veal slices with a knife or scissors; this will prevent the meat from curling during cooking.

Pass the meat in the flour, eliminating the excess flour.

In a large pan, melt the butter with the rosemary sprig.

Arrange the veal slices and brown them well.

Turn the veal slices over, blend with the white wine and cook for about 10 minutes with the lid on. Season with salt and pepper.

Once cooked, remove the veal slices from the pan and transfer them to a plate. Cover them with aluminum foil and set aside warm.

Collect the cooking juices in a cup, add the walnuts and blend until you get a creamy and delicious sauce.

Pour the walnut sauce over the veal slices, season with a sprinkle of pepper and serve very hot.
