Look no further than your fully equipped kitchen to find a remedy for cracked heels. In fact, you can also find many remedies to other feet related problems at your home itself.

Vinegar based

Add 1 cup each of white vinegar and Listerine to 2 cups of water. Soak your feet in this solution for 15 minutes and then scrub them well. Rinse, dry, and moisturize your feet thereafter to get rid of cracked heels, exfoliate your feet, and fight toenail fungus and plantar warts.

Honey based

Mix 3 teaspoons of rice flour with a teaspoon of honey, and 3 drops of apple cider vinegar. Apply this scrub on your damp feet to exfoliate and soften the skin.

Banana

Rub a fully ripe banana over the feet, nail beds, and toe sides for 20 minutes to moisturize them well.

Vegetable oil

Apply a thick layer of vegetable oil all over your clean and dry feet. Cover them with a pair of clean and comfortable socks overnight to nourish your feet with vitamin A, D, and E.

Vicks VapoRub

Apply a generous layer of Vicks VapoRub over your feet, massage them gently, and then cover your feet overnight with a pair of socks. Wash your feet the next day morning to moisturize them really well.

Baking soda

Soak your feet in a mixture of 3 tablespoons of baking soda with a cup of lukewarm water for 15 minutes. Scrub them gently to exfoliate your skin and get rid of the foul feet odor.

Aloe vera gel

Apply aloe vera gel over your feet and then cover them overnight with socks to help heal minor feet wounds and moisturize them.

Vaseline based

Epsom salt

Soak your feet for 15 minutes in a mixture of ½ a cup of Epsom salt and water in a foot basin. Gently scrub your feet to remove dead skin, reduce inflammation, and soften them.
