Make crème brûlée and tiramisu brownies, they'll be super!

Ingredients: 16 oz cream cheese, 1 Tbsp vanilla extract, 2 Tbsp rum extract, 1 cup heavy cream, 1/3 cup coffee, 8 oz lady fingers, 6 egg yolks, 1 Tbsp vanilla extract (for Creme Brulee Brownies), 4 cups heavy cream (for Creme Brulee Brownies), 1/2 cup granulated sugar.

Directions:

1) Mix 16 oz of cream cheese with 1 tbsp of vanilla extract and 2 tbsp of rum extract. Add 1 cup of heavy cream and 1/3 cup of coffee and blend into cream cheese mixture.

2) Soak 8 oz of lady fingers in coffee and put on top of brownie layer. Pour cream cheese layer on top of lady fingers layer. Freeze 1 hour.

3) To make the creme Creme Brûlée, preheat oven to 350F (170°). Mix 6 egg yolks with 1/2 cup of granulated sugar, 4 cups of heavy cream and 1 tbsp of vanilla extract. Pour mixture on top of brownie. Bake.
