How to make Avocado Toast
Divide the avocado in half, remove the stone and extract the pulp. Cut it into small pieces and arrange them in a bowl. Mash the avocado pulp with a fork or spoon, then add the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt, pepper and mix.
Toast the slices of bread in the oven: place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, grease them with a drizzle of oil and bake at 200 ° for 5 minutes. Alternatively, toast it in a non-stick pan.
