Mini Meatballs are always crowd-pleaser. You can serve them as appetizers, or make it a full dinner by serving them over spaghetti or potato mash. To make the meatballs, you will need eggs, breadcrumbs, seasoning, and ground beef.  To make the sauce, you will need grape jelly and barbecue sauce. Combine the meatball ingredients and cook them in the oven, then transfer them to the slow cooker where they will slow cook in the sauce mixture. The meatballs are easy to prepare ahead of time, and can then be cooked and kept warm in the slow cooker until you’re ready to serve them.

Make sure to use high-quality ground beef for best results.

To make sure that all the meatballs are equally sized, use an ice cream scoop!

To make the meatballs in an Airfryer, place them in the air fryer basket (without touching) and cook at 400°F for about 5-6 minutes until browned. Flip and continue to air fry for 5-6 more minutes, until browned and internal temperature is more than 165°F.

If you want gluten-free meatballs, look out for gluten-free breadcrumbs, you will find these in specialty health stores.

If you use frozen meatballs, you will need to increase the cooking time.

Make the sauce spicier, by adding a pinch of cayenne paper to the meatballs and the sauce.
