Packed with fresh ingredients, Greek salmon is an easy, nutritious recipe for any occasion – although it's simple to make, it has an impressive gourmet flavor.

Greek salmon is tangy, zesty, and fresh tasting thanks to ingredients like lemon, feta, kalamata olives, cucumbers, and tomatoes. For extra flavor, the feta is marinated in a phenomenal mixture of olive oil, chili flakes, garlic, oregano, and lemon juice.

This is a quick recipe, ideal when you're craving a healthy, flavorful dish. Serve your Greek salmon with a side salad, Greek potatoes, fried zucchini, grilled veggies, or garlic bread.

Tips

Your fish is done cooking when the flesh turns pink and opaque.

Reduce the chili flakes if you're not a big fan of spice. If you want to turn up the heat, add more chili flakes.
