Dried fruit, on the other hand, is generally much caloric; it is rich in proteins and it has a greater satiating power, but it is better to consume with moderation. For example, walnuts contain more than 600 calories per 100 grams, as well as pistachios and hazelnuts. Almonds arrive to 500 calories, while prunes contain about 170 calories.
