It is advisable to eat fruit for breakfast or during snacks, because it is best to consume it far from main meals since it may cause slight abdominal swelling. It is absolutely better to focus on a type of fruit that is not too sugary, to avoid consuming too much sugar and obtaining the opposite effect of weighting gain. Thanks to the fibers intake you will be able to stimulate the functions of the intestine, and thanks to the nourishing properties you will be able to fight free radicals; if you choose a fruit rich in water it will help you eliminate excess fluids and thus fight water retention. Be also careful with the color of the fruit; each fruit has different benefits depending on the color of the peel. But what are the most caloric fruits?

Avocado is one of the fruits that contain more calories, in fact 100 grams of avocado contains more than 230 calories. Among the most caloric fruits there are also bananas, they are not like avocados but anyway 100 grams of bananas give more than 80 calories to your organism. The less caloric fruits are watermelon, that is rich in water and contains only 15 calories, grapefruit which has 26 calories per 100 grams of product, strawberries, melons and raspberries that do not reach 30 calories per 100 grams of fruit. Dried fruit, on the other hand, is generally much caloric; it is rich in proteins and it has a greater satiating power, but it is better to consume with moderation.
