A delicious, easy-to-make, moist zucchini bread recipe, with freshly grated zucchini.

INGREDIENTS: 450g flour, 1 Zucchini, 1 Red onion, 2 eggs, 1 tsp Salt, 1/2 tsp Black pepper, 1 tsp Paprika Flakes, 1 tsp Baking Powder, 100ml Water, Frying oil.

INSTRUCTIONS:
Grate the zucchini, mix with onion, eggs, salt, pepper and paprika flakes.

Add flour, baking powder, knead and then add water.

Make 8 balls, roll them and fry in a pan in oil for 3-4 minutes on each side.

Serve and enjoy!

If you love veggie recipes, try also this using cabbage.

INGREDIENTS: 300g raw cabbage, 1 1/2 tsp salt, 2 eggs, 30g flour, Oil, for frying.

INSTRUCTIONS: 
Cut the cabbage into pieces, add pieces into a blender.

Chop the cabbage with a combine, sprinkle with salt and mix by hand so the cabbage gives liquid.

Add eggs, flour, mix wellHeat the skillet and add 2-3 tbsp batter per each pancake, fry until golden brown.
