In these cases it is recommended to do fumigations with hot water and five drops of essential oil. Basil essential oil is useful for the well-being of the stomach and intestines: basil essential oil has antispasmodic properties helping the stomach in case of spasms, poor digestion, aerophagia but also menstrual pain and abdominal swelling.
