Baking soda. It can be used as a natural scrub for the teeth. Just, mix 1 tablespoon of baking soda with a pinch of table salt and brush this mixture on your teeth, as usual, using a toothbrush. However, you should be careful to not use this mixture more than once a day and no more than 2 weeks at a stretch. Take a break of about 7 to 10 days and then repeat it as advised.

Aloe vera. A mixture of 1 teaspoon aloe vera gel, 4 teaspoons vegetable glycerine, 1 cup water, half cup baking soda, and a teaspoon of lemon essential oil can be used to beautify your teeth as well. Just, apply it on your teeth with a toothbrush and see them turn whiter, shinier, and healthier by every passing day.

Orange peel. Rub your teeth with the fresh orange peel, after you are done eating the orange, to clean the tooth enamel, fight bacteria, and remove those unpleasant stains on the teeth. Rinse the mouth with water after rubbing your teeth with orange peel for about 3 to 4 minutes.

Sesame seeds. Chew a handful of sesame seeds for about 5 minutes and then spit out them all to remove dental plaque and stain from the teeth. Followed by this, use a clean and dry toothbrush to remove the remains of these seeds.

Tooth mask. Mash up some vitamin C rich fruits and vegetables such as fresh strawberries, tomato, and orange and apply this paste on your teeth. Leave this mask on your teeth for about 5 minutes and then rinse it with water. This will help to remove the mouth bacteria and freshen up the breath.

Vinegar. This is the safest way to cleanse your mouth. Just mix 2 tablespoons of vinegar with a tablespoon of table salt and 4 ounces of water. Apply this mixture on your teeth and leave it on for a couple of minutes. Repeat this process every day to find a visible change in the color of your teeth and remove plaque from them.
